All personally identifiable information obtained by TUF Associates through surveys, complaint reports, or other means of data collection will not be disclosed or otherwise made available to anyone outside of the relevant Board members and, if disclosed, appropriate directors. Additionally, by participating in TUF Associates’ sponsored events, group photos and/or videos may be used across our website, social media, and/or other platforms without disclosure prior to use. Individually focused photos and/or videos will not be shared or otherwise used unless consent has been previously provided.
