Looking for something casual to shake the dust off or an excuse to be outside that’s more fun than just
running? Come check us out and play some Ultimate in Winston-Salem or Greensboro! Mondays are the Triad’s most casual pick-up day, with Saturdays and Sundays having a bit more structured (vertical) play. All people are welcome – just bring water and cleats (optional), and we’ll have the rest. And, if that’s not enough for you, additional weeknight opportunities also occur during the summer months as light and weather allows, so check out our community channels below to stay up to date for any non-regular offerings! Regular Pick-up Schedule (weather dependent)
Sundays at Miller Park in Winston: 5pm during May – October and 2pm during October – May
Saturdays at Triad Park in Kernersville: 10am during March – October and 1pm during October – January
Mondays at Lake Daniel Park in Greensboro: 6pm during March – October

No worries! Pick-up games are the perfect place to learn. Our community is welcoming and happy to teach newcomers the basics, just come out and we’ll show you the ropes!
