Ruckus
Women’s Collegiate Ultimate
Ruckus is Wake Forest’s women’s Ultimate team and competes throughout the academic year with regional tournaments, scrimmages, and community pick-ups for female-matching players.
LOCO
Open’s Collegiate Ultimate
LOCO is Wake Forest’s collegiate Open Ultimate team and competes throughout the academic year with regional tournaments, regular practices, and club scrimmages.
